Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel subscriptions, recurring services, and ongoing engagements with Scale Your Offers, and what happens once you cancel. Please review the section that matches your purchase.

1. Overview

How you cancel depends on what you bought. One-time digital purchases are completed at the time of sale, while subscriptions and service agreements can be cancelled under the terms below. Refunds, where they apply, are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

2. One-Time Purchases

One-time digital products are delivered right after purchase, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. If you have a concern about a one-time purchase, please review our Refund Policy and contact us.

3. Subscriptions and Recurring Services

You can cancel a subscription or recurring service at any time before your next billing date. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and we stop future charges. Charges already billed for the current period are not refunded by default.

4. Done-For-You Service Agreements

For done-for-you engagements, the notice period and terms are set out in your agreement. Unless your agreement states otherwise, we ask for 30 days written notice to cancel an ongoing engagement, so we can wind down your campaigns and hand off your assets in an orderly way. You remain responsible for fees that cover the notice period and any work already performed.

5. Coaching and Program Cancellations

Coaching and program cancellations follow the terms in your enrollment agreement. Where a program has a set term, you agree to the commitment described at enrollment. Contact us if your circumstances change, and we will work with you within the terms of your agreement.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel, email [email protected] from the address on your account, and include your name and the product or service you want to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation by email, and we recommend keeping that confirmation for your records.

7. Effect of Cancellation

Once your cancellation takes effect, your access to the subscription or service ends at the close of your paid period. We keep your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our Right to Suspend or Cancel

We may suspend or cancel your access for non-payment, or for a violation of our Terms of Service. Where appropriate, we will give you notice and a chance to resolve the issue first.
