Scale Your Offers

The A.C.E. Audit · Free · 45 Minutes

We'll Tell You The Most You Can Afford To Spend To Book One Estimate.

Almost no contractor knows that number, and it decides whether you can outbid every competitor in your market and still profit. We work it out with you on the call, then walk your ads, your funnel, and your follow-up against it. You leave with your three highest-leverage fixes, in priority order — yours to keep whether we ever work together or not.

Here's the math we run · hardscape example

Average project$45,000
Your gross margin× 30%
Gross profit per job= $13,500
Estimates that close× 20%
Worth of one booked estimate= $2,700
Cap marketing at half, and you can spend$1,350

Most contractors we look at are paying around $300 for that same booked estimate. The thousand dollars of room they're leaving on the table is the whole opportunity. We run this with your numbers on the call.

What We Audit

Three Stages. One Pass. Nothing Skipped.

A

Attract

Your offer, your ads, and the math underneath them — what a lead actually costs you per booked job, measured against the ceiling your margin sets. We also check your ads against your state board's license disclosure rules while we're in the account.

C

Convert

Your funnel, your speed to lead, and your tracking — whether a three-second click can actually become a sat appointment, how many booked estimates nobody attends, and whether you can prove which ad made you money.

E

Expand

Your follow-up, your unsold estimates, and every contact sitting quiet in your CRM. For most companies at your size that list runs past two thousand people, and it's the fastest money in the business.

It's the same A.C.E. Self-Audit from the book — except we run it with you, on your real numbers.

How It Works

Three Steps. Four Numbers.

1

Pick a time below.

The booking form asks a few quick questions so we show up already knowing your situation.

2

Bring four numbers.

Last year's revenue, your average project, your gross margin, and how many out of ten estimates close. If your margin isn't on the tip of your tongue, that's normal — we'll walk you to it on the call.

3

You leave with your three fixes, in order.

Your spending ceiling, your completed A.C.E. scorecard, and the three highest-leverage moves for your business. Fix them yourself, hand them to your team, or ask us what it looks like to have them built for you.

The Fit Filter

This Call Is Built For A Specific Owner.

Book it if…

  • You run a bathroom remodeling or hardscape and landscape design-build company doing $3M to $10M a year.
  • Your average project runs $18,000 or more and you hold a gross margin of 25% or better.
  • Somebody runs your estimates and your crews have room to build more work.
  • The owner or decision-maker is the one on the call.

Skip it if…

  • You're under $3M — start with the book instead. It's $2.95 and it's the same system.
  • Your gross margin runs under 25%. Our fee would eat a fifth of your profit on every job, and you'd feel it by month four.
  • You want a magic bullet and would rather not look at your own numbers.
  • Someone without authority over marketing decisions would be taking the call.

The honest part — twice over.

Why it's free. Some audits turn into build engagements, and that bet pays for all of them. Handing a serious owner the full picture of their own machine is the best first impression a done-for-you team can make. If the fit is obvious, we'll say so in one sentence at the end. If it isn't, you still walk away with your three fixes.

Where we stand. We've generated more than $12 million and 50,000 leads for high-ticket service businesses and coaching companies. Home services is a new focus for us. We don't have a bathroom remodeler you can call up and ask about us, and we'd rather tell you that here than have you find it out later. What we do have is the work — on the call we'll run your numbers in front of you and show you three specific things about your own business. Judge us on that.

And the commitment from the book stands here too: your ad account, your pixel, your funnel, your list — yours, always. We find leaks. We don't take hostages.

Before You Ask

Fair Questions.

Have you worked with contractors before?

Not yet, and we'd rather say it here than have you find it out later. We've generated over $12 million and 50,000 leads for high-ticket service and coaching businesses. Home services is a new focus for us.

Buying cold traffic at real budgets, building an offer people say yes to, answering a lead in under five minutes, and tracking a click all the way to money in the bank — that work is the same in every industry we've done it in. What we don't have is a bathroom remodeler you can call. So judge the call itself: we'll run your numbers in front of you and show you three specific things about your own business.

Is it actually free?

Yes. No invoice, no card, no "free-but-actually" fine print. The business model is stated right on this page: a few audits become build engagements, and that pays for every audit we run.

Is this just a sales pitch with a calendar in front of it?

The call is the audit. You'll watch us work out your spending ceiling on your real numbers and score all three stages of your business. If working together makes obvious sense, we'll say so in one sentence at the end. Either way, the findings are yours.

What does it cost if we do work together?

You get the full number on the call, with no waiting for a proposal. The shape of it: a one-time build fee, a monthly management fee, and a percentage of the revenue we can prove we created and that you've already collected. Your ad budget stays separate and it stays yours.

That percentage is the part worth understanding. Most agencies bill you the same whether they produced anything or not. We charge less every month and take a share of what actually gets produced, so a slow quarter costs you less.

Do I need to be running ads already?

No. If you're past $3M with a real margin and you're serious about paid acquisition, we'll audit what exists and map what's missing. If you're earlier than that, start with the book — same system, $2.95.

What should I have ready?

Four numbers: last year's revenue, your average project value, your gross margin, and how many out of ten estimates turn into jobs. Those four are what the whole call runs on.

If you don't know your margin off the top of your head, that's normal and we'll walk you to it in about a minute. Messy numbers are fine — finding the truth inside messy numbers is the job.

Why only bathroom remodeling and hardscape?

Both sell projects above $18,000, both run design-build sales processes, and both sit on years of quoted work nobody followed up on. One playbook serves them properly. Spreading across eight trades would mean knowing none of them well, and you've probably already hired an agency that did exactly that.

Who am I actually meeting with?

Michael Kelly, who runs Scale Your Offers, plus the team that builds these machines for clients. Nobody reads you a script. We keep audit volume deliberately low for exactly that reason.
