All of it appears right away. You keep every bit of it, and none of it depends on talking to anyone.
One number for how well your business turns strangers into paid work. It gives you something to compare against the next time you run this.
Attract, Convert, and Expand each get their own score. Seeing them apart is what tells you where the trouble sits, because one weak part drags the whole number down.
We flag a single part of your business and tell you why that one comes before the others. Working on one thing beats working on three.
Three specific things to do, written from the answers you gave. Every one of them is something you can start this week on your own.
We call them Attract, Convert, and Expand. Together they cover the whole path, from a homeowner hearing your name for the first time through to the check they write you four years later.
How people find out you exist. This covers where your jobs come from today, how steady that flow runs month to month, and how much of it you actually control.
What happens after somebody raises their hand. This covers how fast you answer, what happens in the first two days, and how many quotes turn into signed work.
What each customer is worth over the years. This covers repeat work, the people sitting in your files who never bought, and whether you can spend more without your cost per job climbing.
This part matters, and almost no tool does it this way. Plenty of scorecards hand you your lowest number and call it your problem. We look at the order the three parts happen in, because a weak spot early on makes everything after it look worse than it is.
Answering the phone fast helps nobody when the phone stays quiet. So if Attract is weak, that is your answer and we stop there.
Getting more calls does nothing when half of them already go to voicemail. If Attract is fine and Convert is weak, Convert is your answer.
Spending more on marketing only pays when the first two hold up. When Attract and Convert are both solid, Expand is where your next dollar goes.
The score runs from 0 to 100 and lands in one of three ranges. Here is how to read where you come out.
Work comes in when it feels like coming in. There is usually one obvious hole here, and plugging it changes your month faster than anything else you could do.
Plenty of owners land here. Something in the business runs well and something else loses jobs every week without anyone noticing. The three separate scores show you which is which.
Work comes in steadily and you handle it well. Your next move is spending more without watching your cost per job climb, which is a different problem with a different fix.
Nothing here needs a spreadsheet or a report from your accountant. Every question is multiple choice and rough answers work fine, because we are looking for the shape of your business and not exact figures.
You can go back and change any answer while you are in it
No. The score, the three separate numbers, your weak spot, and your first three moves all appear on the screen as soon as you finish. There is an offer for a longer conversation at the end, and you can walk away from it and keep everything.
Pick the closest option and keep going. Several questions have an honest answer for owners who have never tracked that figure, and choosing it tells us something useful on its own.
It works for HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, lawn and landscaping, remodeling, painting, pest control, and garage doors. The first question asks your trade and the wording of your result changes to match it.
It runs around ninety seconds. There are twelve multiple choice questions, one per screen, and it moves to the next one on its own the moment you tap an answer.
We use them to send you a copy of your report by text and email so you still have it next week. Your details stay with us and go to nobody else, and you can unsubscribe from anything we send with one tap.
That depends on where you land. Some owners get an offer to book a free call where we map the whole plan for their business. Others get a specific starting point for their trade and a book that walks through the same method for three dollars. Either way you leave with something you can use.
The three parts in this assessment come from the same method I use when a company hires my team to build their whole system. The questions check the places I check first, in the order I check them.
You get the diagnosis here for nothing, because an owner who can name their own weak spot makes a better decision about what to do next, whether that decision involves me or not.
Twelve questions, about ninety seconds, and a score with your weak spot named on the other side.
